That's what I feel like when watching this show. The studio audience (assuming there is one) keeps laughing regularly and I struggle (unsuccessfully) to figure out WHY they are laughing.
I have now watched 2 ... I am done. Haven't laughed once.
The whole thing is cringe inducing bad! Just GOD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
The loud and over used laugh track,
the rehashed scripts from King of Queens,
the bored and wooden way Kevin James appears every time he is on camera,
etc...Etc... ETC.....!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Please, God don't let me even accidentally turn this on before it is mercifully CANCELLED!

A couple of KoQ rehashes I noticed was when wife used the word "copasetic" and he didn't know the meaning. Like when the insurance guy used "specious" and he (and Carrie) didn't know the meaning. Also, when Arthur asked him if he could take his pill "of his own volition" and Doug said he didn't know what that word means.
And I see the "ab roller/washboard abs" gag made a comeback in his ab stimulator.
