Interesting theory, but this sounds ridiculous (SPOILERS)

For those who have seen Fast X,
At the end it’s revealed that Aimes has been working for Dante the whole time since “Fast Five” and the agency is fractured with Mr. Nobody absent/MIA and Little Nobody out of action/injured/dismissed, the Agency would now be corrupt or fractured.

However this is an interesting but ridiculous theory I came across

this is might be all a ploy by Mr Nobody. This is the kind of shit he'd pull. Having his best agent go undercover for ten years to get close to Dante. The thing about Mr Nobody is that he has this uncanny ability to know things he shouldn't possibly know. I mean Jakob was one of his agents until he went rogue, I wouldn't be surprised if he'd been watching Dom and his crew for years before he made his approach in Fast 7.

I think it was all a long con set up by Mr Nobody, Aimes and Jakob. Mr Nobody sends Aimes undercover to get close to Dante and he has Jakob go rogue to get close to Otto. Why? I don't know. But I think that in the end there's gonna be a twist where we learn that Dante and Otto were all working for the real big bad, someone who Mr Nobody isn't allowed to legally bring down. Plus with Gisele coming back and her being one of Mr Nobody's agents too, and Cipher seemingly knowing she was alive (she didn't look surprised at the end), I think Mr Nobody and Cipher have probably struck a deal.

I don't think it will be Eteon or The Director, but I think the bad guy will have close ties to them. This is all just speculation, but par for the course with these films. I know one thing for certain though, Mr Nobody isn't dead. He's faked his death and is playing the long con.
