Dom was 24 the first film. Played by a
mid 30 year old. Now it's been maybe 15 years later and Dom would be 39 played by a mid 50's person.
In Tokyo drift, doms kids mom was at the very least pregnant with little Brian, which means at most, it's been 5 years. Which would put Lucas Black and Bow Wow around 23 and not the late 30s that they clearly looked.
