I think Betty will go pseudo-Dexter and be fine killing people now. I don't think she'll embrace it to the extent of hunting down local sinners like her forefathers, but she'll be quicker to off anyone she perceives as a mortal threat to a loved one. She'll go after Penny and be all "You can't be trusted with banishment, you'll keep coming back and you've already hurt Jughead worse than he hurt you, so you have to go." I bet she'll kill once per season for justifiable reasons. She's reminding me of Marissa Cooper.

Lucky Polly for not being home that night. Now she'll really never come back.

Also the other hooded guy who shot Fred, he'll be the same one from the debate. Possibly the one Betty dropped Chic off too if it wasn't Hal, since that didn't come up during his confession. I think this guy will turn out to be Hal's protege, likely Chic and/or the real Charles.

We didn't see a number of characters, Josie, Cheryl's mom, wonder if any of them will randomly turn up dead. Hal could've made a quick job of Penelope, or the grandmother, whilst hunting Cheryl.
