Maybe it's because I'm not a millennial, or because I grew up on Archie comics, but is there a reason someone would be upset about the name Jughead?
Also, seriously, when can we get rid of the label SJW? It makes people sound like a$$holes.

Not sure where we're going with this. I guess I could be labeled a social justice warrior, but that's only because I believe in everyone having the rights afforded everyone else. Because I'm a caring human being. I know that in the new America, that's wrong thinking, but hey, I've always been a non-conformist. share
Hate to break it to you, but a non-conformist in this day and age would be a conservative. College campuses are incredibly left-wing and sympathetic to far-left ideals. Even the establishment is drifting further left. Even Trump, the one so many Republicans foolishly hedged their bets on, is not a conservative in the true sense of the word. A Republican, he may well be, but that is not necessarily a conservative.
And in any event, SJW is usually only applied to the sort of person who makes an incredible fuss over something so insignificant and inconsequential, it scarcely bears thinking about. For example, feminists who believe themselves to be worthy of their predecessors because they've raised hell over a video game character having big jugs, all while looking past and indeed championing Middle-Eastern men having dominion over their wives and forcing them to wear Hijabs and the like. That is what we mean when we use the term SJW.

shareNo. Racism, sexism and homophobia are all accusations with simple and specific meanings. A better comparison would be "victim blaming" or "mens' rights advocate" because they're less about literal accusations and more about a perceived association with the accusations which may not have anything to do with the current situation.

If you're going to try to equate the usage of SJW with any other term, you know full well that you'd be equating it with terms such as racist, sexist or homophobe, on the basis of those terms being doled out to quash debates before they get the better of you and your blatant lack of argument. A basis that you yourself unintentionally pointed out in your very first response. You're just trying to make excuses. One rule for you, another rule for the other side, right? Stop talking *beep* and just admit that the shoe's now on the other foot, SJW.
