I used to really like Archie comics and found them funny. I get that they didn't really age well but do they really need to make a B grade CW show to prove that they're edgy. They've already killed Archie made him fight a predator cross him over with Sabrina and just about everything but this for me crosses the line for me.

I'm watching it now, and yea, you're right. This sucks. It's awful.

Why is it that Sabrina the teenage witch a comic that can go dark end up a happy sitcom, but Archie the light hearted comedy about teenagers end up getting the dark and gritty show

They should've just made a sitcom about Archie

I found the premiere to be brilliant. Good writing, witty humour, nice under tone, all in all it is what they said, 90210 meets Twin Peaks, cant wait to see more
