Need more of him. He is a main character. Archie's rival. Seems like he will be a side character in the series.

Good point. He is much more of a main character in the original comics. Part of the big 5 with Archie, Betty, Veronica, and Jughead.

They have him much more minor here.

He also is a love interest for Veronica and a rival of Archie. They have made him into a class clown/jock instead.

In the comics, Reggie was often depicted as being better looking and more of a hunk than Archie. Reggie was sort of the "metrosexual" of Riverdale High. Archie was often jealous of him.
