Audrey Landers is is a better Betty and she sings pretty good, too, at the 10:00 mark. ABC needs to release this on DVD.

I think the Archie TV Pilot of 1964 was the closest to the comics.

At the 22.00 mark, when Archie is pressuring Betty to have sex, it reminds me of "Three's Company." It seems sexualizing Archie comics in live action isn't so new after all.
