4 (WOULD have been my favorite if not for how awesome Charles Logan was in season 5, plus that I was disappointed by a lack of resolution to the Behrooz family storyline)
2 (In my top 3 for sure, but once again an unresolved storyline (Mike Novick getting rid of Palmer's secretary))

1. Season 1 (Very character driven, and focused on suspense rather than action)
2. Season 5 (Jack vs The President...it doesn't get much better than that!)
3. Season 4 (The first season I watched so I'm partial to it)
4. Season 2 (Minus Kim it's a pretty cool season...the first Nuclear Bomb!)
