Will Jack's storyline be resolved on 24 Legacy?
Both Designated Survivor and 24 Legacy are airing on networks with terrible ratings, and DS seems like a safe bet for renewal. 24 Legacy probably only needs about 3-4 million viewers per episode (and a 1.0 in the demo) to get a renewal for season 2. So if both are renewed, it decreases the chances of another Kiefer-led limited series.
So it looks like the options are:
Jack's storyline is never resolved and he dies in a Russian prison.
Jack appears in the final episode(s) of 24 Legacy season 1, and his storyline is resolved there.
If Legacy is renewed, Kiefer appears in a later season, and it's resolved there.
Fox holds onto Legacy until ABC cancels DS (I think it will last 2 seasons), and then cancels Legacy. They do a Kiefer led limited series a couple of years from now.
One of both shows run at least a couple of years, but Kiefer does a TV movie resolving Jack's storyline.
Just hope we get to see Jack and Tony onscreen together at least one more time (and Jack and Chloe) and his stoyline is resolved.
