no the only reason he is not on it is 1. this is not 24 and 2. he was promised a movie that never got made ! in the uk the tv show spooks got a movie so this should have as well!

Spooks movie at least followed on from the show , this new 24 ignores jack

But they got kit Harrington to be the new lead for the spooks movie and I don't think he had been in the tv show before.

He's an Executive Producer, which means he put money into the project...

They exhausted every idea possible, Kief is old and tired, the mini did not light the world on fire, and he's holding out for a movie, which more than likely would have rekindled his film career. For once, I don't think money enters into it.
