Who do you think is the main antagonist in this installment? The terrorist leader that Eric Carter captures at the start?

Like how we all thought the villain of Live Another Day was Margot Al-Harazi, until Cheng Zhi came out of nowhere and revealed himself to be the true main antagonist of the show.

Oh it'll definitely be some high up shadow government / corporate interests rich old white man just like 8/9 seasons of 24 featured that group as the top tier villain.
