That student was beyond irritating and Kim season 2 level stupid. Thank goodness they nipped that before we got a repeat of Dumb Blonde Syndrome.
shareI've watched both episodes and am a bit lost on this part of the show . I stepped out of the room last evening during the intro of these characters . What exactly is the girl and the teacher up too ?
shareThe girl is pretending to be a high-school student. She and the teacher (chemistry, I believe) are in cahoots and working with the girl's brother on some dastardly plan. I believe we met the brother in tonight's episode (the second). I believe they mentioned making a bomb.
shareThe boy, whom she had previously dated, saw a text thread she had with some guy talking about planning an attack on the school and he tried to confront her about it. The teacher intervened and he told the teacher what he read and the teacher said he had no choice but to report her. Later on, the girl sneaks out of class and meets the teacher in the library, where he tells her the boy knows she's planning something but he doesn't know he's working with her. The girl convinces the teacher to let her dissuade him from going further with anything and if not they will deal with it. In episode 2 it's revealed they are one of the sleeper cells and are awaiting their activation to carry out the attack.
shareThe girl and her brother (who hasn't appeared yet) are one of the sleeper cells that are in the list. She recruited the teacher for whatever it is they're planning (blowing up the school, from the looks of it).
I thought her brother was the young terrorist we saw earlier tonight (the son of the Bin Laden type character who had his henchman point the gun to his head)

I guess that is possible, but it wouldn't match with her being part of a sleeper cell (which was made clear in ep. 2).
