Evan Katz, the current show runner, is the one to blame for Tony's terrible storyline since the earlier seasons where he did not have control.

I have no hopes for the #1 fan favorite to be accommodated as he should be, they'll probably write some far out complete gibberish story once again for him, but I hope that at least this one thing, THIS ONE THING, will be what wont suck about the new season of 24.
