I saw Carlos Bernard for one episode and saw a clear preview of him acting.

Is he Tony Almedia?
Is he in it for awhile or just brief?
Is he coming back?

Yes he will return but we're not sure in what capacity or how many episodes.

Tony and Michelle Dessler were blown up in a car bomb outside their house when they were working as IT consultants. Tony survived, Michelle didn't.
