Degrassi Due Up
It's been along time since Degrassi had a major event that affected all characters. Hunters breakdown and Miles fire left much to be desired

Season 12: Cam's Suicide: Ended up affecting the majority of the characters.
Season 13: Adam's Death: Ended up affecting the Senior characters.
Season 14: Degrassi Nudes ruins reps of most female characters, meanwhile Seniors Graduate
Season 15/Degrassi Next Class: The reason why nothing has affected the characters yet is because Degrassi is still trying to make Next Class it's own thing, it's way too early to have a major event and they're still developing a lot of the characters on this season because 1. Some of these characters have only been introduced on Season 14 and still need development 2. Some of the characters are brand new and being introduced this season. 3. The only developed characters are Maya, Tristan, Miles, Winston, Zoe & Zig because they have been regulars for 3 seasons now, the other characters are still/slowly being developed so I think we may get minor events so far but I think by the second or third season of Next Class we'll get some huge major events happening.
