ZOE & RASHA treated her like an homophobe. Do you know what that is? It's someone who displays hate towards gay people. GOLDI thought it was a sin, but because of her religion. There are conservative person who keep it to themselves because they try to be open while not turning their back on their beliefs. Aside from doing that, GOLDI did the best possible thing: She said she still cared about them.

I don't think she's a bad person or mean spirited in any way, she just hasn't figured out how to communicate with people in a way that isn't pushing them away.
When asked she says she believes it's a sin, that it would be being a bad muslim, etc. She's casting judgment which she acknowledges later on isn't her place. Add in how she reacted when Zoe confirmed she actually is a lesbian and you can't really say Goldi wasn't being weird about it, I'd be hesitant to tell her if I were living with her too...it's one thing to tell someone you only see a few hours a day in an environment where they have to treat you fairly and telling someone you live with.
It was ridiculous. She was asked a very direct question about what her religion teaches and she answered it. She wasn't acting discriminatory or in any way negative towards them. But we live in a society that tells us you have to believe exactly how certain people believe or you are completely wrong discriminatory and a bigot. She couldn't have her own thoughts or beliefs without being told she was wrong even though her actions were perfectly considerate and kind.
