... dubbing cast lists show the voices of MILES, ZIG, MAYA and GRACE and they credit the rest as "Additional voices." That implies that those 4 are the protagonists. Do you think so?

Definitely not.

No they're not the protagonists. On the newest season Zig barley appeared for the most part. Grace was shown a lot but still had a minor role. Maya became important during the second half but I will agree Miles is one of the main protagonists for sure. So many other characters play huge parts as well.
