I obviously don't know about procedures in the U.S; but here in France, every next three intersections are blocked until the motorcade passes , and so on. Secret service would have seen a truck that size coming full speed and shot it.
shareUnless it was some kind of planned plot, I agree. This show is so stupid. The main protocol problems are Hannah shooting the British guy without cause, and just leaving his body there and not reporting it. Terrible episode and terrible series now, it is so unbelievable.

shareShe made a good case for undercover work, she was the only one close to him, but she did not use that, she just murdered this guy with no cause ... that is murder, and she did not even report it. Ridiculous.
