shoot to kill (article 25). That's just BS. I don't think the temp. president has that much power to do that against everyone else's saying. Literally all the top guys overseeing the op was against it and it made no sense to just kill him without finding out what he knows. Literally killed my IQ just thinking it was possible or that it was even allowed if that were the case. Assassination attempt and then oh he's too dangerous lets just kill him. It just screams I want to to hide/get rid of the evidence speak.

Yea it seemed very stupid. I think 24 started this trend where the president has direct control on ground events~
