This show does very well with the numbers of people watching on dvr,online and video-on-demand.

Good question, because I'm not sure how far they can keep the conspiracy going. Seems like this is going to get wrapped up by seasons end.

I like the show, the episode after the mid season break was great. I just feel like it should hand been a 13 episode series.

I was thinking that could work too, then it would kinda be like 24 (without the 24 hours limit) except here Maggie Q plays the Jack Bauer type, and Kiefer Sutherland is the President. :)

Hopefully, I don't get shunned for this ..but I've never seen 24...
Would you recommend it?

Absolutely. Start with Season 1 and work your way up. I envy those who get to watch 24 for the first time. You'll find the show gets more intense each season :) Here's the viewing order:
