Just watched S01E02 - should I watch any more, because...

...frankly, I found Ed Kemper's graphic descriptions of what he did after he killed those girls and his mother quite confronting - there are some things which, once heard, can unfortunately never be unheard!

Does this happen in further eps when they're interviewing the serial killers? Because if so, even though I found the show to be quite riveting otherwise, I'd prefer not to watch more.

One more question about the ep: the prologue - an office scene where a guy is asking for a replacement roll of electrical tape and receives short shrift from a very weird supervisor - appeared to have no relevance to the rest of the ep (unless I missed something). Does this scene become relevant in a future episode?

yes, that continues to happen so bail if it bothers you,
the prologues are scenes in the life of a serial killer who is currently active, but just glimpses

And the interviews with offenders are real dialogue from real interviews with them.
