Isak in season 1

It's hard to hate the lovable guy, but can we not forget what he did to Eva in season one. I feel like it was mostly glossed over and more should have came from it. He did sabotage his best friends relationship after all and all because he was jealous(?). I think, although unlikely, it would be interesting if it was brought up in a later season.

Isak says sorry to Eva in the last sequence in the last episode in season 3 of Skam. He also explains why he did what he did back then. Isak grows enormously in season 3, you will not recognize him at the very end of that season. It's absolutely fantastic! Take a look and be amazed :)

I just watched that and yes he does say sorry but he gives no explanation as for why? I really don't see his motivation for why he did it.

I meant to reply back as well regarding the same thing. In the last scene at the end of season one, Noora and Eva's discussion implies that Isak might have been in love with Jonas and acted out of jealousy. Unless that part was mistranslated into english, that's what I got from that scene. Which makes me wonder if that was a route they were planning on taking with Isak's story (being in love with your straight best friend) and then dropped it later for the Evan/Isak buildup.

Yes, it was alluded to in season 1 but then it's never brought up or referenced again. It just makes Isak look like a backstabber for no reason, which is disappointing because I liked Isak because of how sweet and genuine he was. At least if he was having strong feelings for one of them I could sympathize. They did a real disservice to his character just for a twist.
