Not shocking to me...in fact it was badly made.

I knew what was going on within 10 minutes. The antagonist is a sociopath and psychopath. But every one of the people involved in the "Vids" signed a contract no?? If not that's their fault. Most of the guys were of legal age they said "Some" were underage And is it against the law to film underage teens tickling each other? Especially if YouTube ALLOWED the upload. There is no sex involved, so they said. Filmakers should have spent more time on the evidence they found at THE END of the doc than all the running around the world sneak surprising their prey. In the end......nothing happened!

Seriously, how anyone can condone this mans disgusting and predatory behaviour is beyond me. The men obviously did not want these videos to go public, this was never made aware to them and when they asked for them to be removed they have their young lives ruined. The man running this should be in jail.

I wouldn't tell people that you didn't find it shocking and that you think the guys in the videos were somehow at fault, it makes you sound sick in the head.

The point isn't the videos, or the content, or the ages so much..
It's the threatening,intimidating and blackmailing behaviour afterwards.
If you don't find THAT shocking.. there is something very wrong with your moral compass!!

Yeah, that's all I got too, if that. You sound very uneducated yourself, bleating on about contracts (that were broken by the video makers), and blah, blah about how you would have done different things in the documentary, and, oh yeah, blaming the victims. Like someone else said, your moral compass seems a bit askew.

You're so stupid you probably think D'Amato put something in fine print vindicating his behavior.

Even going with your ludicrous premise, that D'Amato was upfront - considering how often contracts like this are written in legalese, why is it on the burden of a 21 year old not to sign his life away, instead of the pornographer not to sneak a clause in there to ensure he can continue harassing them for life?

It's not a crime to be into CONSENSUAL tickling - it should be a crime to send videos filmed for the creator's sexual intent to a kid's school, their families, their work.

Regardless of the contract, it is very bad ethics to use such a video to intentionally embarrass and try to damage the reputation of someone you've worked with.
