I just finished season two and I was overwhelmed by it.....emotionally, then came here, and *crickets.* So surprised that NO ONE is really commenting on this whirlwind of a season and especially the last two eps. I'm in awe sitting here.
shareIt was confusing, with characters having prominent multi-episode storylines that had zero to do with the murders, and some of the storylines were never resolved. Too many 'red-herrings' just tossed into the story, with a season ending that went off the rails hinting at a new career for Marcella (What the..?). I'll likely watch S3 if there is one, though.

shareWhat the ....? is right. I mean the ending made no sense. Her kid is in the hospital, almost lobotomized, and just a while before, almost sexually assaulted, yet runs to her therapist to do hypnosis? Mother of the year.
Whats with cutting her mouth? Shock value?
So many subplots, almost everyone is a dangerous character, her husband is an ass, yet he disappears from any resolution. There were just too many flaws.
And what happened to Gail? Did I miss something? Wasn’t she taken away by Jason’s girlfriend, and then never came back... what??
