What happened to Mohammed El-Sayed (Cab driver's brother)

The last we saw of him, he had Marcella with a knife to her throat. Then she blacked out.
We never returned to that plot-line again.

Did I miss something? I may have been distracted by the 37 other subplots going on.

That's what I had a problem with this show, I think we're just supposed to accept that Marcella has these blackouts and POOF that's it. I also was confused about the beginning of the show where we saw the 12 days later and Marcella is in the tub all bloody, and we never returned to that. Was that supposed to be when she dragged Grace out of the house? This show really needed to do some flashbacks- Marcella moving Grace and the scene with El-Said's brother.

Thanks.
They returned to the bathtub scene in later episodes. It was, as I remember, heavily implied that this was following her moving Grace's body.

I guess there will be a follow up season, so maybe some of these things will be answered.

It just doesn't make sense that she would:

Blackout, get into a fight with Grace
Somehow miss the murder
Return to the scene (?unblacked-out?)
Think that she was responsible for the murder
Blackout AGAIN and hide the body

I watched 'River' which was also on Netflix. I liked that one better. Similar problems, but better overall.

hahahahaha your rundown on how it probably went down was hilarious! But, yeah that's why I think a flashback scene would've been so helpful!

My problem with the bloody bath was that there was a whole lot of blood. Yet when Jason and Henry went to Grace's house, there was no blood. And then when the team discussed Grace's house, they mentioned, oh there was some blood on the counter.

Plus, if Grace was killed like they others, she suffocated. There shouldn't have been any wounds, especially not wounds that bled heavily.

So where did all that blood on Grace come from? If she fought with Grace before her murder, Grace had time to clean up. If Marcella only moved Grace's body, there shouldn't have been any blood at that time. But apparently, Marcella ended up a bloody mess after moving the body. how/why?
