I think it must have been Henry, the cab driver stated that he saw a woman move Grace's body but Henry wad setting up he's best friend Matthew who was obviously a man so it would have ruined he's plans.
Although he wasn't aware that it was the cab drivers brother who actually saw Marcella move the body and the driver he shot hadn't in actually seen anything at all and was only covering for the fact that he's brother was driving the cab illegally when he witnessed the body being moved.

mine before I submit. Your theory sounds good but I can't remember if his picture was infront of Henry when he was confessing at the end. I just felt the Detective, Tim was covering up for Marcella to get into her good graces even though he's slept with her. Hence why I thought he was possibly responsible for the cabbie as it didn't fit the modus operandi of the other victims. She of course left it to him, if he wanted to pursue his findings of her on the cctv. You almost were given the impression that she was zoning out at the end due to this situation and might go and do something to keep Tim quiet. Probably me just reading too much into that one though. Lol.

shareIt had to be Henry. Marcella didn't tell anyone the cabbie told her he had seen a woman move the body, because that would have implicated herself. Henry probably thought the cabbie had seen him going in or coming out of Grace's.
