I mean, he's NEIL! Everything David Brent wanted to be and couldn't! Everyone loved Neil! LOL. Everything I've seen Patrick Baladi in since, not so much (Mistresses, and now Marcella).

We're talking about characters that Patrick Baladi played. Neil Godwin (google tells me this is correct spelling) is a character from The Office, David Brent (played by Ricky Gervais) as well.
