Did anyone else notice something suspicious that [SPOILER] said in ep 2?

I believe it was the second episode, though it could've been the third. When a detective (I think it was Tim-- can't keep track of all the characters) first informs Henry about Grace's disappearance, Henry tells him about her relationship with Jason. He says "they WERE in a relationship" instead of "they ARE in a relationship." This immediately stood out to me as she hadn't been missing long and her body wasn't yet discovered.

Anyway, that pretty much made him my prime suspect throughout the rest of the show. Did anyone else catch that?

Good catch! I didn't notice that. But if that came from Tim, it would make perfect sense to me.

If, when you say you considered him a suspect for the rest of the show, you mean Tim, I agree with you. I began to get wary of him early on, too.

The show didn't really end, unfortunately. We are made to think Henry is the culprit, which he was, but there are still a lot of loose ends.

If there is a season 2, which I would expect there will be ... perhaps that has already been mentioned here ... I suspect we'll learn why Marcella sat up in the bathtub with a wound on her temple. I suspect she'll get back with Jason, who, by the way, I don't think should have survived those stomach wounds had they been delivered with any kind of authority. And I suspect we'll learn Marcella looked nonplussed when she first entered Grace's home because she couldn't figure out what Tim was doing there.

Sorry to tell you but he said "they're in a relationship". If you listen closely that is what was said. If you turn on the subtitles or cc it will confirm that is what is said.
