Laina and Ellie way too similar.

I got really confused by the casting of Laina and Ellie seeing as how they look like they could be twins. That's some bad casting right there.

i agree, kind of ruined the movie a little bit for me. and then there was the part where laina tells the guy that she used to like him haha, and then all the spoofs about him 'forgetting' laina's name.

The more personalities you have the less boring you are!

Not only did the two actresses look the same, their names sounded similar too. I looked at both actors IMDb pages and it didn't help much.

It took me about 1/3 of the movie to finally get the characters' names straight.

No two persons ever watch the same movie.

While the two actresses look quite similar, I don't see any similarities in the names of either the actresses or their characters.
