I agree but I'm glad it was on Lifetime because I don't have Hallmark. Lifetime should do more movies like this and not just for holidays. Gwen was hilarious.
shareLifetime actually had the best Christmas movie last year as well with The Christmas Secret (2014)
I think the Lifetime strategy is to focus their talent on their best Christmas film so that it beats out all of Hallmark's thinly spread budget/talent films. As a consequence the other Lifetime Christmas films tend to be quite subpar but having the best of the year more than makes up for that in my book.
I'll eventually get more watches out of A Gift Wrapped Christmas over the years than all of the other 2015 Christmas releases combined.
They had the best one in 2009, too. 12 Men of Christmas was their headliner that hear and easily beat out anything on Hallmark. Kristen Chenoweth, Josh Hopkins and Anna Chlumsky were all so fun.
