Sonia Braga deserves an Oscar nomination
Although I love French actress Isabelle Huppert, her performance in Elle isn't one of her best performances, and the film isn't as great as one could expect it to be.
Sonia Braga in Aquarius, on the other hand, has given her best performance inmany years, a character that has just been called by the New York Critics Association "a heroine of our times".
Not to mention the film itself is extremely powerful.
So, I hope she is honored with a nomination for both the Golden Globes and the Oscars.
