My review
A lovely looking film with fine performances, but the story isn't as engaging or effective as it could be. For me, this is Todd Haynes' weakest film, but it is still pretty good. 7/10
shareI could see why people would see it that way... I personally loved every minute of it. I got into the story enough to "become" the characters, or at least connect with them on an emotional level. There were parts of it that were clunky, but I have no problem giving it a solid 8/10, personally. But everyone sees film differently. :-)
