Episode 5x09 "The Doorway" spoilers

This episode was boring, full of just recap clips to remind the audience that Kelly Overton is still a part of it.

Now on with the spoiler, Vanessa is in the Dark Realm and wishes Axel there. They watch old reruns of Vanessa's life and how she needs to deal with her darkness. She then comes back to the real world and now has the power to shape shift... This was obviously done to hide the fact that Kelly Overton is still out of the show. I'm guessing she'll guest star about 5 mins before the entire end of the series.

I think this was her 5 minutes of guest starring done, to be honest.

This is the last season, and not only do they waste 3 whole episodes on Jack's quest in the past, but now we get a clip show so close to the end? Really? I much prefer they didn't even bring back Vanessa at all, and let the little Van Helsings finish the Dark One.

BTW, they could make a CGI Vanessa to help Jack escape from the Dark Realm, but they couldn't throw a wig on her for her actual appearance. I guess being stuck there gives you plenty of free time for a make-over.

Right! She had a complete makeover while in the Dark Realm. Kelly Overton has been so done with this series, it's so obvious. They should have killed her character off seasons ago.
