your right, the burned body probably belongs to the guy that led Daniel to the underground tunnel, the writers did a good job at making it appear that it was Daniel they killed

it seems that most shows are doing this where they make it look or appear that a character is dead/killed-off when it was just a ruse, and then later they actually end up dead or killed, i have seen this more often in recent years, i should have realized that's probably where they were headed. When i saw frost volunteering to pick up miller especially when he was his prime suspect of been "diver", that's when i suspected that things might end badly for miller, he should not have confronted him till they were both back at the agency so that everyone would have been aware even if frost denied it and never admitted it like he did in the cabin since he saw his opportunity.
