We seem to have more lose ends than story lines being tied up. Will be interesting to see why Daniel was being pursued. I think Hector may have done a bang up job protecting himself along the entire journey. They clearly don't want him talking. And now their leverage is gone.

Good points. It is, how it should be, complicated.
And we, as an audience, are confused. I'd say that's a smashing, pun intended, way to keep, or lose your audience.
What I found interesting is when, in S1E10, we have Daniel 'slip' in front of the group about who Shaw is. Planned? Must have been. We hear Daniel as the 'narrator' and at the closing episode, mentioned above, Daniel hints he is Shaw. And if you think about it, he was the one to take time off, what was it, 10 years? Then come back only to be 'sent to find' Shaw. Or am I wrong?
So "Berlin Station" is getting a second season. And all 20 of us here can chat about it. LOL (sarcasm re: lack of national availability)
