This was pretty good, actually - the naysayers claiming it's propaganda obviously haven't watched through to the conclusion, which ties things up neatly. Won't say any more for fear of spoiling what's a solid chunk of high class espionage entertainment.
Rhys Ifans a particular stand-out in a good cast all round.

Propaganda for what? It's a spy show, period. It's going, if it wants to be successful, be 'in the now' with its storyline. It is.
I just hope poor young lonely sad mad angry Snowden gets paid everything his name is used.

Recommended indeed, IF you can find some way to watch it. Underwhelmed by its non-availability and "need" to secure "411" on people TO watch it.
