The thing that confused me about this was her ability to leave a clue in the blue vehicle at all. I thought the terrorists pulled a bait and switch and got her away in another vehicle. Wasn't the whole point of the high speed chase/getaway by the blue vehicle to draw attention from the authorities (Kirsch) chasing, but it turned out there was nobody but the driver in the car?
