Does this show get better? All the characters seem to be conspiring against each other even though they're on the same side, the characters themselves don't have any personalities except for Rhys Ifans (Armitage is about as interesting as a pizza box) and nothing interesting or significant happens at all.
Should I even continue?

Duh, thank you Captain Obvious, of course its a spy show- only this spy show sucks!
Of course I've been paying attention, but it doesnt make it any more interesting or realistic.
Zero Dark Thirty was interesting because of the stakes involved- there are no major stakes in this one.
Tinker Tailor Soldier Spy was interesting because of the mystery- this one revealed the mystery right at the end of the first episode.
Since you like this I bet you must love watching paint dry.
