I'd Hate To Be A Judge or Juror.......

I would make the worst judge or juror on any case unless I got to sit right there and watch an HD video of the crime, mainly because I just can't know what really happened when both sides stand firm in their positions.

This case wol be even more difficult, because convicted or not, that defense attorney for Avery did one hell of a great job laying out a conspiracy theory. If you looked at the defense brick by brick, it seemed plausible, but when you step back and look at the entirety is when you dismiss the possibility of conspiracy.

Its easy to think that given that the audience was shown his side of the story and non of the scenes with the prosecutor tearing his argument apart.

I would have no trouble convicting the guy.
