Brother & Ex BF

I do not understand why these two were not heavily investigated. Her brother talked about "grieving" Theresa when they hadn't even begun searching for her yet...the ex and the roommate didn't even report her missing for days...when interrogated at the crime scene the brother and ex bf were SO flustered in asserting that they weren't inappropriately on the Avery property...the ex "guessed" her voicemail password (....right....) and voicemails were deleted (why? what's he hiding?)...and above all, the perpetrators of violent crime are VERY often friends/family/people the victim knew. I don't get it. Does anyone have any information about this?

reply

Because Manitowoc law enforcement personnel wanted to frame Steven Avery for the murder of Teresa Halbach. They never looked into any one else because of this.

God I love cleaning someone of brainwash! Yes...I have information! Go to www.stevenaverycase.org and you'll find everything you need. You don't need to reply because it'll take you long than 11 days to read through 10,000 pages of information.

But if you're lazy, (which I suspect you are since you did absolutely NO research on it), I'll answer it for you!

First with the roommate...he's not her boyfriend or her lover. He's a guy that comes and goes to work like every normal person. He doesn't check in with Teresa to ask her if he can go to the bar, or confront her about wearing that slutty outfit out, THEY DON'T RUN EACH OTHERS LIVES! With that said, she was reported missing after 2.5 days! Is that not good enough you?? They started looking for her when she didn't show up to coach volleyball. Her friends and family began contacting each other, contacting work, contacting everyone they could until it was time to give up and call the police! So if no one really realize she was "missing missing" until Tuesday night, they waited the usual 48 hours before contacting police.

So onto the voicemail...WHY WOULDN'T THEY TRY TO HACK IT? You have to think here and wash yourself of this mockumentary. They a tricking you common sense. If you were missing, and your friends and family are trying their best to contact you, contact your co-workers, contact your friends, contact your lovers...why wouldn't they think to check your bank statements, phone records, or voicemail...which they did all 3. Maybe no one in your family is smart enough to do this, maybe they are. I pray they are! But hell, if you can guess in a few tries her 4 digit pin (SSN or birthday most likely) WHY WOULDN'T YOU?? There could be a message or clue on there to where she is. There could be a message saying, "Oh hey, I'm going to be late to the airport, see you there. Hawaii here we come!"
That would be clue enough to no call the police right? And there is no evidence "someone" erased emails. Cingular had a policy in 2005 that auto-deleted voicemails after so many days (21 I think). We know her voicemail was full on November 1st, and on the 3rd there was room. So it's possible she had voicemails saved for 21 days prior to that, and Cingular auotdeleted them. AGAIN, DON'T BELIEVE THE MOCKUMENTARY!

Which brings us to "WHY" they didn't investigate the ex or her brother. I have to ask you WHY? Police met Teresa's friends and family at her appartment on Nov. 3rd, to begin the case. Ryan & Mike, as well as several of Teresa's friends (whom Making a Murderer purposely altered testimony to exclude) gave the police everything they could. Phone records, bank records, names, addresses, etc to help find her. The police left, called Manitowoc, and Manitowoc talked to Avery because that was one of the numbers. A search party was formed and they search Friday and Saturday and boom...found her car on the property. Warrants were issued in the attempt to find Teresa alive, and they found her bones, they found her cell phone, they found her blood.

So why one earth after finding ALL OF THAT EVIDENCE are you just going to drop your leads and go investigate someone else that lives in another country, that couldn't possibly know she visited Avery's house on Monday the 31st, and couldn't have possibly known it was him she saw, and couldn't possibly have known they could plant a car from the back road, and couldn't possibly have known Avery would have a massive bonfire that night.

Sorry if I'm harsh, but you need some hard truth. Steven Avery is a murderer! He killed Teresa Halbach on Monday October 31st, 2005.

Stop trying to play "Clue" here like this case needs to be solved. All you have to do is know one thing; Steven Avery lies about having a fire, then later admits it.

One last go round with Unopoly/Xenomic.....

First with the roommate...he's not her boyfriend or her lover

There's a report from another lover (BC) and friends that the roommate (SB) was her sometime lover.

So if no one really realize she was "missing missing" until Tuesday night, they waited the usual 48 hours before contacting police

This is BS. Anyone who cares about anyone who they can't locate -- family or friends -- does not voluntarily wait 48 hours before contacting police, as in "Oh, I've just realized my daughter is missing but I have to wait 48 hours before I can call the police." They may be told by police that they have to wait 48 hours if they report someone who has been out of touch for a few hours, but in this case that doesn't apply in that Teresa had not been heard of by anyone since Monday, Oct 31 at midafternoon, and it is now Thursday afternoon.

Why was RH the self appointed hacker? Why wouldn't it be her family? And yet RH says "we" which seems to mean "I". Mike Halbach was later informed, apparently, and came to the house, but he was not the instigator. That was all Ryan Hillegas, apparently.

A search party was formed and they search Friday and Saturday and boom...found her car on the property

And she's still missing, yet they never opened the car to see if there was any thing inside that might explain her whereabouts, did they? Blood, for instance, which all testified they could not see looking in. Instead, they effed around with it for a whole day, covering it and uncovering it, trampling the ground around it, and finally trucked it off to a lab in Madison, where, miraculously the next morning it was discovered unlocked.

Why didn't they ask Ryan Hillegas about an alibi? It's just standard LE procedure. At the time they first encounter him, hacking into her phone records, they have no idea where Teresa is, or if she ever returned to her home. And yet they don't ask....they never ask. Even when he volunteers to get up the search party, and they still don't know anything, they don't ask.

Your arguments are always the same, Xeno. Some are legitimate but some are old and tired and...well, wrong.

reply

...and your replies are always the same, fcking idiotic! Go kill yourself murder lover! That comment was not for a moron like you!

reply

And now you have fallen over into Corpus Vile territory.

You make me sorry I ever defended you, responded to you, agreed with you, or thought you had anything of merit to say.

Judging by your comments on this board, you are a terrible person. See to your own redemption; you need it.

reply

Hey, your di*k is showing.

reply

Because there was loads of evidence pointing to Avery! Do they need to investigate every person in the world??? Stop buying into this bullshit.
