Randomly introduced to this show by my sister

This is what I get with visiting my sister, I'm forced to watch the crap she does, and she introduced me to this Game of Thrones wannabe that is also a videogame.

The episode I saw was with the man transformed into an ogre by an evil spell but has a vampire girl as company, and the sadness he has when the Witcher kills her.

The problem was, I had heard of The Witcher as a videogame and then all of this technobabble about people, places and so forth I'd never heard before was mentioned, and I just lost interest, even if it was very violent.

So if you go to a relative's, don't let them show you stuff you've never seen before, not even a random episode.
