I believe the root word is "awkward." Adding to this the modern, quasi-literate colloquialism "fina" (though pronounced FIN-uh, unlike the moniker's FEEN-uh) which means "about to" or "going to." Example: "I'm fina drink this bottle of three dollar water"

So therefore the word likely means:
