And Victoria says (to either her mother or Lehzen, I think) something along the lines of, "No queen regnant has ever given birth before."

Is that a mistake on the part of the show, or did Victoria just mean to say, "no queen regnant *of England*"? There had been queens who had given birth before her. Mary, Queen of Scots comes to mind.

She probably means specifically of England.

It's also hilarious that the subtitles incorrectly say "no queen pregnant..." instead of "regnant." Would that mean every pregnant queen in previous eras miscarried or died or something? LOL! They need to hire better transcribers.
