So Janet van Dyne the "secret" villain or is it Bill Foster?
If Foster goes to Wasp and says "I used to work with your father you know" then it's the Marc Webb Spider-Man movies all over again.

shareYou can rest assure it won’t be/isn’t getting a Marc Webb Amazing Spider-Man reception. :)
Now the rumor of Janet turning out to be a villain was going around for a while. But the attention has now landed on Hank’s old friend, Bill.
While I would prefer none of the seemingly good guys and girls to have villainous intentions, if they can give Bill a good motivation for being a villain (Laurence Fishburne already “sorta” spoiled that his character has a... heads up... history with Ghost), then I can see it work. The movie doesn’t seem to have a problem with its villains judging by plenty of the reviews I’ve read.
I'm guessing Ghost will be Bill's daughter or something.
shareAs a matter of fact, that is something Fishburne “implied”. What he divulged didn’t give away all the details about her character or anything. However, seeing how almost nothing was known about Ghost beforehand, what he revealed was pretty surprising and it made wish I hadn’t seen that spoilery interview with him. There were theories being made about a connection between Bill and Ghost of course. Plus, what the former Morpheus spoiled is probably nothing compared to Rudd apparently spoiling the post-credits on late night TV. I’m sure we’ll be in for a surprise nonetheless.
shareIn the comics, Ghost is a white dude, so it seems that they are trying to make a connection somehow. I don't know about Rudd's spoiler, but don't tell me.
shareYeah I missed the Rudd spoiler. Seeing it this weekend.
shareLuckily I muted the TV when it became apparent Rudd was about to spill the beans (some websites were previously reporting on a potential spoiler Rudd gave away, so I took precaution lol). Although after rewatching the interview and seeing the movie, turns out Rudd didn’t reveal anything major. I mean, at least not anything a lot of people weren’t expecting (a certain tie-in).
But yes, the movie answers something. ;)
Semi-spoiler
It turns out you were wrong on all possible counts. Foster was introduced as an adversary, then moments later announced himself as an adversary, but a rather friendly one. Janet was the good guy we knew she'd be, and there was no secret villain to be found.
