Seems more like Bollywood Kingsman or Austin Powers.

It is not Bollywood, it is Kollywood ( different industry) . This what they can do for 50 million budget when compared to 200 million H'wood has. But it is not Austin Powers kind spoof. It is good film with a message. When u compare with h'wood special effects it will be inferior due to limitation India have.

It definitely has that Kingsman vibe though. It's not taking itself anywhere as seriously as Transformers.
