Basically the same plot, as many of these movies do.

There are some similar elements, but the major difference is that Reese was quite ashamed of her hometown and actively lied about it. Didn't get that impression from Ben; he just followed his dreams.

That's what I thought too. Same idea but much worse film. They never even discussed where they were going to live (though probably Iowa).

Wait! Does this also mean putting out doesn't get you love?
