Yes.
Any number of slower Haunted House type movies.
Blyth Spirt
The Sixth Sense
The Others
However, those movies had a story, and a proper ending.

I am a ghost. This one is a rip off that one.

This is hardly a ripoff of I Am A Ghost. They are TOTALLY different. Also, this one is a decent-budget movie made with real actors, a real set, a real script, real cinematography. I Am A Ghost, which I liked, is a low-budget movie whose lead actor is not an actor, obviously, with almost no professional script, and looks like it was filmed with a cell phone. Still a good movie, for what it was.

Other than involving a spirit, they have nothing in common.

Try the director's previous work "The Blackcoat's Daughter" or "Februsry" in the UK,it's similar in atmosphere but much better overall in my opinion.
