I'm assuming it was the brother wearing the mask in the beginning straight up kidnapping someone and rose whores herself out and I wonder why Chris's dog did not ever sense anything was off about rose even if she could be a great actress
shareIt was actually the grandfather wearing the mask and kidnapping people. In the very first scene of the movie it's likely that Andre was in a relationship with Rose and was talking to her on the phone at the time.

shareIf you listen to what Andre says, he's clearly talking to a Black friend, not Rose. He mocks the area and puts on a "white" accent when he says the word 'suburb'. He might have been in a relationship with Rose, but he wasn't talking to her then.
Mmm there's no reason to believe that had to be a black friend. If they're in an interracial relationship they could easily joke about things like that. (i.e. the "blackman" joke Rose makes with Chris)

sharei heard people feeling this was the brother because he knocked or attacked the guy kind of similar to when he was trying to test chris's fighting skills and i know that chris might have been blinded by love in tell rose showed her true colors but i'm not sure if a got a good look at the pictures but i would think chris would confront rose if he notice andre in one pictures
shareI'm pretty sure Chris was already freaked out by the dozens of guys with Rose in the photos. Seeing a photo of her with Andre would have been irrelevant at that moment.
