I think Kong would grab him while in his batform (he'd need to do that to reach Kong's neck) and rip his head off.

No. Kong could step on him, pop him with his fingers, or eat him. But of Drakkala managed to somehow puncture his skin or if Kong ate him, would he turn into a vampire? Who knows? I don't think Kong is immune from injury, but is Drakkala's powers strong enough to affect something that big?

D would have to have super speed and zip in and bite somewhere on Kong like his toe that doesn't have any hair. Otherwise his mouth would get too full of hair long before he would be able to reach any skin to bite.
